I'm Joshua Farmer - known also as farmzboi through social media circa 2010.  I am a firm beleiver in being who you are, knowing what you want to do in life and most importantly giving your absoloute best in anything you do throughout your time. Being postive and loving what you do is something not many people can say they posess in their lives, I have always found my cheerful disposition as a key trait to have in this particular field of work.

 

I percieve myself as a media producer who likes to create something memorable, something different and exciting. This project and this portfolio website is a prime example of how pushing the boundaries can make you stand out. I see social media as a key ingrediant in most of the work that I have produced, it's a key aspect of developing and understanding a new form of communication. Through this medium there is the oppurtunity for promotion, interaction, exposure and a following for the work that is developed and created. My work is specifically designed to interact with this form of media, as it is an up and coming way in which to gain an understanding for the work that is being produced.

 

There is an enormous amount of potential for media that is created through social media, which is why I decided to focus on developing a project dedicated specifcally and entirely to social video blogging, with a channel for all of the content exclusively for YouTube; the biggest video sharing website in the world.

 

Having received countless forms of encouragement and postive feedback throughout this project, It can be agreed that there is an audience out there that craves a platform for which to find this kind of content. The YouTube channel is going from strength to strength and as I move closer to my goals, It only sets the bar higher and further for the future. This is a journey that has no limits and one that I have loved being on for the past year.

 

There is still so much more to come.
